How to Redeem Points for a FREE Reward
1. Open The App & Choose Your Reward
Tap ‘Rewards’ to see what you can redeem with your points! A FREE reward starts at 750 points!.
2. Provide phone number at front counter & Choose Your Reward
Select the reward available and provide inform the front counter attendant of your reward!
3. Complete Your Order & Enjoy!
Place a pick up order & head over to a restaurant and provide the rewards at the Front Counter.

Earning points is very easy. Simply enter your phone number on our tablet in store or download our app, register and activate your Eddie’s Rewards account, and then present your Eddie’s Rewards code every time you visit, or get points automatically when you order in the app.
For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you will receive 15 points. You can use your points to redeem FREE rewards like drinks or a sweet sauce dip at 750 points!
Unfortunately, nothing can last forever. Any unredeemed points will automatically expire 6 months after they are earned. Plenty of time to save up for rewards.
Start by opening the Eddie’s Donair app and selecting Rewards. Choose the item you want to redeem. From there, you can redeem your reward by:
1) Mobile order Pick up – Select “Add to Pick up,” then proceed with mobile order pick up as usual
2) Front Counter – Input phone number, then the Crew at the Front Counter will give you the points after ordering.
Yes! You earn points on every menu item you purchase, so if you’re redeeming a reward and ordering more food in addition to that, you will still earn 15 points for every dollar you spend.*
At this time, you can only redeem 1 reward per transaction.
Eddies Rewards stamps & cards are no longer available. Completed Eddie’s Donair Rewards cards can be redeemed at participating restaurants in Edmonton.
